Summary:	The STEPS Laparoscopic Colorectal Foundation Course, established by Ethicon Endo Surgery in partnership with ICENI Centre in Colchester offers advanced training in laparoscopic colorectal surgery over six days, split between Colchester and ESI, Hamburg. Since its inception, thirty six delelgates have completed the course.
